Does your work supply a coffee machine but everyone wants different types of coffee? Instead of fighting over which one to sue, tell your boss about the best Keurig for office, and stop the arguments by satisfying everyone’s taste.
Another thing that will get the attention of anyone who has to make coffee is that no one will ever have to be assigned to make the coffee anymore because everyone will be making their own.

Keurig B145 OfficePRO Overview
I’ve been through this type of dilemma on the job, but because my office had a coffee maker that was on its last cup, I was able to convince management to try the Keurig B145 OfficePRO Brewing System.

Keurig B145 OfficePRO Brewing System
Why is it the best?
When they saw how it made everyone’s morning a little easier by having their choice of an outstanding cup of coffee, they ordered the same Keurig B145 Office PRO for all the offices in the company.
You may not be in the same type of circumstances, but this coffee maker is ideal for any place where there are people with different tastes in coffee or tea. The brewers made for at work such as the Keurig B145 OfficePRO are commercial grade with a UL Commercial certification. They are made to withstand more use than the home brewers that are UL Listed for Household use only.
Before we continue, here is a video on how to use it with the samples it comes with:
Heavy-Duty Model Fit for Small Office
The heavy-duty pump is an old model which is all metal inside. It will make some buzzing noise for the next 40 seconds before making a whole cup of coffee. That is what keeps the office brewer going instead of the ‘Quiet Brew Technology’ that they introduced in the home types. It is worth noting that the quiet ones have been blamed for failing after a few months of use.
Keurig makes different models for different sizes of businesses, and we have selected the Keurig B145 OfficePRO Brewing System with K-Cups to review the best Keurig for office use that is perfect for a smaller office of around 15 people.
If your business has more than 15 people, you can check with a Keurig distributor to see what brewers are available for larger groups and they can receive deliveries and service for the brewers that they purchase. Depending on your order, you may get the B145 or the K145. From Keurig’s point of view, they are the same, and they go ahead to say that ‘B’ and ‘K’ stand for the different lines of supply.
If you, however, dig in further, they will admit to some minor structural changes.

Beverage and Cup Size Variety
The Keurig B145 OfficePRO can satisfy everyone’s taste. It uses K-Cups and can brew a cup of the person’s choice of their favorite flavor of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, or iced beverage in less than a minute. You only need to dial the knob instead of the pushing buttons to go into a six, eight, or ten-ounce cup or travel mug. To fit a taller cup such as a travel mug, you simply move the drip pan to the side for more room.
There are over 500 varieties of coffee, tea, or other beverages from over 75 brands. Any K-Cup pod can be used except for the My K-Cup brand. The only issue will be what flavors you should order. On the other hand, it’s a good thing for non-coffee drinkers since it does cocoa and tea too.
What About Using Reusable Filters?
Now, there is this issue about the B145 (or whatever they delivered) using reusable pods. To clear out the confusion, it depends on where your machine is categorized. Ours is not in the 2.0 models category, which means one can grind some coffee if they don’t want the K-cup pods.
Now, if you fall in this lucky category, you can order the eKobrew reusable filters (or similar ones) and go ahead to introduce a grinder idea in the office. If your machine is the 2.0 category, then sorry, you need to stick to the Keurig pods. They have so many varieties, though, so you will always have something to brew.
The Water Reservoir
The water reservoir is removable and holds 48 ounces. Even though the Keurig website says this model can’t be attached to a water line, there is a kit you can buy to install that function so that the reservoir doesn’t have to be continually filled if there is too much use. The plastic of the water tank is BPA free.
The water tank stays on so that whenever someone wants a cup, it is ready to serve it. The ready-to-serve ability comes from Keurig’s idea of installing two tanks. There is the external refillable one (48 ounces) which feeds another internal tank. So when it’s time to brew, water is drawn from the inner one for faster brewing.
Keurig B145 Maintenance
The machine will automatically turn off after two hours of not being used. Clean up is much less and easier than typical coffee makers. There is a purge button to empty the tanks. You will need to descale the water tank when necessary. Here is a video explaining how you can do it.
For any defects or questions, Keurig customer care is always ready to help. They include a one-year warranty on all products, and they do stand behind their products. We have replaced a few now after some break downs (such as not priming as per the instructions). Thanks to the warranty, my idea always had a backup plan without costing the company more.
